One sign stands out to me. The "author" evidently dropped out of third grade at age 18. First of all, what the hell does S#!T mean? Secondly, Hitler, and the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterparte took over Germany in 1933, not 1939. While Hitler's Aktion Tiergartenstraße4 could lead a deluded person to equate it to the bogus, non-existant "Deather" language in HR3200, it amazes me that a person who doesn't know when Hitler took power would have ever heard or T4 which actually was a eugenics or racial cleansing movement. BTW, the concept of forced sterilization, which was a part of T4, was quite popular in the US, Sweden, Switzerland, and other countries during the middle of the 20th century. Finally, will the time ever come when these Tea Baggers and Neanderthals like Glenn Beck ever learn that socialists and fascists are at the opposite ends of the political spectrum? Socialists call for government ownership of the means of production. Fascists believe in private enterprise. Private companies such as Daimler-Benz, Maschinenfabrik Augsburg-Nürnberg AG, Friedrich Krupp AG Hoesch-Krupp, Henschel & Son, Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, Messerschmitt AG, and Blohm & Voss were very successful during the Third Reich.

Well I mean really, Jerome... here in the US, you have to have a license to drive a car (in theory), have a license to carry a concealed weapon (in theory), have a license to teach school (this is viably enforceable), have a license to GO FISHING... a license to GO HUNTING... a license to get married, yet anybody can drop a baby and create a fucked-up life. You tell me how that makes sense. If the government/society can interfere and say no, I can't marry my cousin (assuming I had one I wanted to marry), why can't they interfere and say no, because you make less than $x/year and have an IQ of 89, you're not fit to be a parent.

I agree that it's not the best idea to let poor and/or 'stupid' people procreate like Hell ...

I also think one needs to differentiate between poor people and 'stupid' people (with low IQs), although both groups can of course sometimes overlap.

But poor people could be educated better, that would result in less children and the kids that actually get born would be raised better and have better chances afterwards. I'm regarding a book right now on that topic actually, will report on it later ...

No, I wasn't correlating poor with ignorance at all, I was implying that many people who are poor aren't financially capable of supporting themselves, much less a kid.

I propose we funnel lots of money into developing a similar device and make turning it off contingent on having an IQ of at least 100 AND passing a short test on basic parenting (just simple stuff like how to change a nappy and how to prepare formula milk, you'd be amazed the number of young parents who don't know this stuff).

I just wanted to share some great photos of some Obama art.......Obama is highly revered in many African countries, so much so, that women are wearing his face on their clothing! One of my friends was in Tanzania and i asked her to bring me a kanga (a piece of fabric that women wrap around their bodies) and the one she got for me has his face in the middle medallion which reads, "Congratualtions Barack Obama" and below it says..."God has blessed us with Love and Peace" and it has American flags all over the background. I just love it and will wear it daily!

I had forgotten it but since you mention it, I think it's ringing a bell from somewhere deep in the filing cabinets of my brain.

There are different levels of downs. I can't say that I would agree to allowing procreation unless parental competency could be proven, or there was a constant nanny available to raise the baby. I mean if a parent has a severe downs syndome and logically/caringly thinks "The baby is cold, I should put her in the microwave and warm her up", it's going to prove very messy.
